Located on Robe Terrace, Medindie, Elysian, a residence of outstanding grandeur, required a fence structure to both complement and enhance the sublime design and sheer magnificence of the property. 

The selected P70 pillar was able to carry the enormity of the estate while having elegance in design so as not to detract from this spectacular home. The P70 has a base of 600mm square and can vary in overall height from 2.2m to 3m. This particular project opted for a 2.6m tall pillar, an 800mm high wall, which was clad in stone, topped with our 400mm wide bullnose capping and utilised cast aluminium as the infill.       

This project was able to be completed to reflect the same high design standards consistent throughout the home, highlighting this unique estates frontage, while adding a considerable amount of security.   

Whilst being a small component to such an incredible build, the consideration of how to define the boundary of Elysian, must be a contributing factor to its record-setting selling price in South Australia.
